Post subject: braxton hicks, 20 weeks, flying 12 hrs
braxton hicks started 2 days after i did the amniocentisis procedure. i've been in bed-lounging at home for 8 days now. my summer trip is in 3 weeks and i'm not getting any solida anwers from doctors whether the contractions will subside! also can i even travel with these kind of contractions?

I think in regards to the GP giving u a sloid answer as to them stopping, i think that is hard to say. They may stop, they may continue until the very end? no one knows. Its not dangerous to fly if you have braxton H's but real contractions will be different. I would ask your MW what she thinks you should do in regards to the flight. She may suggest cancelling or maybe to go???
