know i have seen this somewhre beofre but looked for ages and cant find post. making sponge cake for sons 1st birthday n wonder best recipie for moist cake. thanks for realding n helping

I hae a cake queston i hope by adding it here someone will help Smile

what icing should I use for a 1st birthday cake? I dont want it to be too sweet and sugarty for Tyler but obv want it to be yummy... any ideas?

All icing is going to be sweet as it's made from sugar. If you're not keen on him having it, perhaps use fondant and peel it off his slice before giving it to him
