did anyone know they were having twins before their scan, im 5.5 wks gone and had 2 embryos transfered during ivf and dont really have any symptoms as of yet.

tillyfloss = wow what a surprise lol, a least i know i have a 50 - 50 chance. i keep getting like a muscle cramp, sometimes quite sharp. If i go to get up it sort of pulls
