Post subject: At what age
I know all children are different at what age did you or are you potty training your child/children. My son is 15 months old he knows where his bits are and if you ask him he will hold the front of his nappy, he will willingly sit on his potty with no nappy on but as yet he has done nothing but is praised anyway, is it too early to try him in pants? Confused

Post subject: Hi

I think 15 months is a bit early to put your baby nin pants. Pull ups would be a good idea. Pull ups helps children understand the concept of pulling down underwear in order to go to the toilet. I suggest you try first. use pull up instead of nappies, and if you know the times that he usually uses the toilet, encourage time on the potty. Give him a book, or sing with him. Do this until his pull ups are dry, and he is going to the toilet on the potty. Then introduce pants. This may take some time.

Hope this helps.
