High estradiol levels

Post subject: High estradiol levels So I had an estradiol test done today and the doc said I had very high levels. Is this good or bad? After one week of follistem they said I had 3 matured follicles that will be ready for fertalization. I am still concerned about the high levels. Can anyone help???

Post subject: I don't really know much about estradiol levels, but I don't that them being high is not too good. High estradiol levels can have an impact on your infertility. Elevated levels of estradiol tend to indicate a problem with ovarian reserve.

Post subject: They didn't mention anything about anymore testing. They just told me to take my ovidrel (HcG) injection and to have intercourse. I am still concerned about them saying I had high estrodial levels. She also said I had a lot of activity going on in my ovaries and that there was quite a bit of follicles but only 3 were mature.
