Post subject: Anyone have a good xmas cake recipe? Probably need to start making it now, and I'm loving the maternity leave I normally cheat and buy one but with the xtra time on my hands would love to make one and if its successful maybe make some as gifts?

I read a thread about christmas cakes on here beofre and it inspired me. I've never made it before but was thinking of trying this one, I figured you can't go wrong wih delia. Old Nigella has a lovely looking one to just type it into google. Good luckx _________________
