need help to understand my temps please?

Post subject: need help to understand my temps please? have i ovulated yet? if so when? about a week after my period i had a rise in temp but from what i have read that seems a bit early. also i was ill with a cold that week so i dont know if that caused the temp change.

Post subject: thanks laura. i did start using fertility friend but had to pay to use it all so use mymonthlycycle at the moment. might be worth me putting all this in fertility friend again though to see,
can i just ask - how did you work that out? its been puzzling me for days as one website thought i should have ovulated yesterday but cos i got spotting on day 14 i thought maybe it was that day? Posted: Sat Dec 11, 2010 9:10 am
Post subject: im obviously just guessing at day 11 or 12.
yer put ur detaisl back in fertilityfriend see what it comes up with.i think day 11 or 12 as ur temp jumped riht up and continued to rise for 3 cays _________________

Post subject: Sorry i'm not seeing anything that looks like an obvious ov rise with any of those temps, If your cycles are getting longer and you've already had 37 day cycles then maybe you haven't ov'd yet this month , normally after ov your temps would stay up higher than all your pre ov temps until just before your period is due , They are also only reliable if you do them at the same time everyday , if not you should adjust them up by .1 of a degree for every half hour early or down by .1 of a degree for every half hour late . Lots of ladies use sites like fertility friend and find it helps them to make sense of their charts
