Hi all.
Just a little question if anybody could help me. Would I be entiled to MA after having another baby if I havent returned back to work?

Looking at your ticker, it looks like your LO is two years old? I'm assuming then that you don't have a job now? In which case, no, I don't think you'd be entitled to any MA.

I COULD be wrong, but as far as I know you have to be in employment to get MA - in which case, you'd have returned to work a long time ago (before your baby was one)

Unless it's changed when I worked in recruitment (15 months ago) you need to have been in employment for 26 weeks at 15 weeks before EDD. So unless you have worked for 6 months or longer by time your 25 weeks your not eligable hun.

Think you can get different grants thou - think they surestart but not sure as I was refused coz I worked x
