Post subject: The what are you making thread? As the title says... what are you making. Add pics too of any of your current projects.
Im currently working on a fascinator commission and also making bits to go in my xmas hamper gifts. _________________

Post subject: I brought a magazine called 'Making' yesterday and it had a proper tutorial for making the cubes and a big chair to go in their room. Have a look in WHSmiths or Morrisons you can quickly read it haha

It's actually pretty big.
I had my appendix removed the year before last so brought it to pass the time. Took a good year of doing it on and off to complete, but I got there! The pic I linked is not actually my one... I didn't stitch the flowers on the outside because I couldn't use the fabric they supplied, the holes were sooo small, picture would've ended up tiny 
Onto my next challenge...! I have three cross stitches on the go right now. One for my parents I will eventually get round to finishing for an anniversary gift (is in July so have lots of time!), one for my folks again but as a christmas gift from Isabelle (is about grandparents) and another just for me
Can't wait to do another big one like Diva again, though. Was so lovely seeing her come together. x _________________

I got the cross stitch mag with the 8 free cards in the other day - not made them before so should be nice. Especially since I have very limited funds this year - people will have to put up with a sentimental gift instead! Would love to make something for Isabelle. I'm still on the hunt for the perfect birth announcement kit.
Want to be more creative so really need to get motivated. _________________

Post subject: Thought id join in...i am making a bump to baby scrap book
i take a photo of my bump every week (missed a few weeks but hey) and scrapbook them using coloured card, im going 2 do a memory box 4 baby so will go in there. also doing scrapbooks for the grandparents from baby..they only A5 and like a story book written from baby's perspective..it starts "to nanny...mummy and daddy would like to introduce ...me" and has photos along the way, will add more when baby arrives
Been of work since 25 weeks so been keeping myself amused with them _________________

At the mo im working on my wedding invites, im sorting some shop displays for the 'rents shop and ive got some lino printing projects on the go. i have so much to do and im running out of time eek  _________________

Post subject: I don't really make anything but a mess!
I tried to make wedding reponses for a couple of invites that we had received but it was such a failure that my OH could not even look at me without laughing!
I like to write essays... can that count... or shall I set up a new geeks thread?
