Shorter than normal arms

Post subject: Shorter than normal arms
My lil one has congetial hip dysplaysia in both hips and has had 2 failed closed reductions.

At last appointment with her consultant, she commented on that she thought her arms looked shorter than normal. We had x=rays done but pictures werent clear so 2 months on we are STILL waiting on an app for more x-rays.

Anyone had any experience of this or any idea of what it could be? i cant find anything online.

I have also been hearing and feeling clicking in her arms when pulling from lying to sitting/

How old is she?.

I hav no idea wot this cud aa iv neveq heard of a baby having shorter than normal arms. Did the doctor nt giv any explanation 4 it.
