Hi, Im new here and would like to say hello to everybody! i know we are all in the same boat but i need a q ansered, i have a 29 day cycle and i always start spotting 2 days before i come on properly, should i count these days? i mean its very very light? i come on 24th Sept but spotted for 2 days before (only when i wipe

sounds like you're doing it right timings wise to me - I wouldn't counting the spotting days at all to be fair. best way to be 100% sure is ovulation tester kits, they detect your LH (hormone) surge which indicates ovulation, so you can tell exactly which are your most fertile 2 or 3 days each month. Bear in mind it can fluctuaute month to month
