I make the most amazing nuggets where I marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for a few days first then I coat in crushed ritz crackers then lightly fry in olive oil till cooked through, its soooo yummy and buttery. I would have with salad to keep the calories lower.

Is buttermilk ok? Its pasteurised so Im assuming so?
