Problems with AskBaby Chat?

Post subject: Problems with AskBaby Chat? If you are having trouble with the Chat... please post in this topic.
When you do - Could you please let us know exactly what happened and tell us a little "about yourself" (and no, I dont mean your life story - just some information about your computer etc) 
e.g. [1] What operating system do you use? (XP,Vista,OSX,Linux...) [2] What browser do you use? (Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari...) [3] What version is your browser? (look under "help"->"about") [4] Who is your internet service provider (BT, Sky, Virgin, AOL...) [5] Describe the problem you are having with the chat. [6] Does the chat give you an error message? If so, what is it? [7] If you logged into the chat before the problems - approx how many people were using it? [8] When you had a problem with the chat, was the rest of AskBaby website/forum affected? [9] When was the last time you logged in into AskBaby by entering your username and password? Post subject: 50 Posts required As you may be aware, the chat requires for the members to have 50 posts in the forum, before they can login into the chat.
We know that some people have had trouble logging in - although they have made well over 50 posts. This is not a common occurrance and has nothing to do with the chat itself - but with the way the forum counts the posts in some individual cases. If you have trouble getting in because of this - and you have over 50 posts - please PM me, and I will fix it for you. Posted: Fri Mar 13, 2009 8:23 pm

(Internet Explorer, FireFox, Opera, Safari...) IE before, now firefox but have this problem with both [3] What version is your browser? It freezes, no participents names show, I cannot see anyones text or them see mine...after a bit it just returns to normal, and I get told I left and came back. [6] Does the chat give you an error message? If so, what is it? None [7] If you logged into the chat before the problems - approx how many people were using it? This has happened to me with very few users in, and also alot of users in. [8] When you had a problem with the chat, was the rest of AskBaby website/forum affected? Yes, it's goes down and I get the FF cannot find this website screen [9] When was the last time you logged in into AskBaby by entering your username and password? Today _________________

Post subject: chat keeps refreshing, or kicks me out completly and i can not go back in. its been doing it for weeks now and thought it was just a blip but its still doing it
