Hi..............in need of advice!

Me and my partner have been trying to concieve our first child for 14 months, I am 23 and my partner is 26, we have recently managed to get doctors on our side which has resulted in fiance having S.A done. Have recieved results back after two tests done both confirm partners sperm count as very low. Doctor has told us it will be impossible to concieve natuarally

Since then I have had blood test done, waiting for results to come back, got all fingers crossed that there is no further set backs with me. Doctor has said we will then be referred to fertility clinic.

We are both devastated at the situation, we have been together for 8 years and have had our future planned out for many years, now we have been hit with this. To make it worse we have no one to talk to, as we dont want to tell family and friends till we know the full facts, and our doctor is not the most symathetic!

We would like to know what to expect next, how long will it take to see specialist, what will happen at fertility clinic, what are options are etc... Our doctor didnt really give us opportunity to disscuss this. Has anyone experienced similar situation? And what was the outcome for you? Is there any hope????
