Hi,

My lil one turns 1 this sat and is currently suffering from a bad cold and cough. Would honey and lemon be safe as she is 1 in a couple of days?

If not, can anyone suggest anything else apart from Calpol?

you can use honey and lemon glycerine syrup from 1, i think its 2.5 ml 3 times a day.

Hylands makes a homeopathic cough syrup for 12 months + and if you go by weight they have a Cough and Cold syrup for 2 years+. The cough and cold stuff worked for my son. I have only found the cough syrup for 12 months+ at an herbal/vitamin shop and the cough and cold was found at wal mart. Good luck.
