Post subject: ** Infertility clinic question** Hi all..i have a wee question, dont know if anyone can help or not...
I have the Infertility Clinic at the end of the month..finally...thing is me and my partner have just seperated  ... and it says both of us have to attend...will i now not be able to get checked as he wont be there??? i mean its mainly me that needs the tests as he already has 3 children and iv non yet....i feel angry that it happened before we got the tests....a bit selfish i know..but just want to know whats going on after over 4 years of trying

I think the clinic is for couples TTC but they may check to see if there's anything they can do regarding ur fertility?? It's maybe a good idea to go back to ur GP & explain the situation & he can advise u from there. No point turning up for them to send u away! Hope all goes well for you either way! Post subject: My advice, dont tell them , just say he couldn't get out of work
He doesn't need to be there for them to do your tests anyway and the last thing you need is them saying there's no point treating you if you're not in a relationship, it shouldn't matter anyway , my OH has never been to any of my NHS fertility clinic appointments with me or had any tests (except a SA my GP arranged before my reversal) Might not matter about AF unles if specifically says on the letter as a lot of the time you get other appointments for extra scans etc. and it could be good timing if they want to do cd1-5 bloods xxx
