hi has any one come off the coil and fallen pregnant straight away or does it take time

When I had Evie I had the coil removed end of Dec (had laser treatment on my cervix, so had no sex for 6 weeks after that), we weren't TTC but weren't playing at safe, and ended up with a honeymoon baby in the April, so without trying took less than 2 months once I could have sex again after treatment.
