I know if your an older mum then there are more health implications for your baby, i.e. your at a higher risk of downs, but does the same apply for if the baby has an older dad?
Im just a bit worried, what with my scare this weekend. :/

i dont think so as its the mtohers health ..and body that grows baby xxx sorry i never reallymthough of it like that before xxx

no hun, not the same worries for men(typical men!) they just say that as men get older the quality of the sperm can be reduced but if they are generally healthy then likely not to be an issue, bloody men, dont have the same body clock worries we do eh?!

She was in hospital for three days. She was fighting some sort of infection but docs couldnt work out what. They think it could of been a urine infection, shes got to have a scan on her kidney in october.
She is fine now though thank god!!!

Hey hun my step-dad was 50 when my sis was born and nothing was ever mentioned when my mum was pg.. hope baby is better ... xxx
