Post subject: i am sorry chick, i really meant to update on here but got so scatterbrained
the walk went ok....3 of us started out but only i finished it! we started at westminster at 6.30am, stood outside big ben, and it went pretty smoothly to start, by 10miles my feet were blistered to hell(i totally blame sam for making me get some 'walking shoes' rather than my old faithfuls! by 11miles my big brother was lagging behind, he has a bad knee that plays up occassionally, for about 10miles he dragged behind so bad we had to meet up with one of my other brothers to take him home as he couldn't continue it all went pretty quietly for the rest of the time, by 5am poor sam was walking asleep and even hallucinating so he had to drop out at about 5.20! just over an hour before the big finish. my feet were in so much pain i'd spent 21hours walking with blisters! because sam dropped out my big brother drove along besides me(bless him, he'd sat up all night tagging along to give us hot chocolate every 2 hours) for a mile or two...then realising he looked like a curb crawler  he drove ahead and had me run to catch him, so i ended up running for the last 30-40mins...by the end i was so sore and tired but i finished t at 6.30am, exactly 24hours from when we started!!
we raised £1700 or so by doing the walk, so every painful step was so so worth it and i cannot thank everyone who donated enough! _________________
