Can you buy car seats suitable for children 0 - 3 years or do you need a baby one then a car seat for 6 months plus? Terri xx _________________

Post subject: i had one from Argos that was rearward facing to 10KG then forward facing, but i didnt use it until Sam was 9 months, because even at the smallest setting the straps were too high on her, but i used it rearward from 9 months as she was getting scrunched up in her baby car seat and not heavy enough to go forward facing.

Post subject: Maxi cosi opal is suitable from birth to 3.5 years, I wish I had bought this straight away instead of buying one from birth to 12 months. It would have saved me having to buy two car seats.
