She has an ear infection?
Zöe keeps tugging her right ear and it looks a bit red and has lots of ear wax in it, the left one looks normal.

Thats also teething signs  . Id take her to the dr tbh and get her checked out. Hope she better soon. xxx

Tugging on the ear is a sign and also shaking there head is a sign too. I'd take her to the doctors for them to have a look. x

i thought sam had an ear infection the once cos she kept tugging on her ear, so i asked the hv to have a look and she said another sign is if they get upset when lying on their backs as it causes an imbalance in their ear and is uncomfortable.
it could be the wax that is irritating her, sam always has loads and it is worse when she is teething. i usually just put a bit of warm olive oil on some cotton wool in her ear.

Have you tried taking her temp. If she has an infection sometimes it will be higher in the infected ear than the other
