Hey girls,

My little girl is 8 weeks old now and ive started to get pains and aches all over but mainly in my thighs and back. ive also got achey arms but thats obvious why lol

anyone else getting this or is it just me? if it isnt just me then i wont bother goin docs about it

I had really sore joints and muscles after the birth, it settled after a while, it has to do with the hormone levels dropping apparently. I felt like an old lady at the time Smile
