Banana Nesquick Cupcakes

Post subject: Banana Nesquick Cupcakes Hi Ladies I made these the other day as I had run out of banana's! the kids I gave them too loved them so thought I would share
Banana Nesquick Cupcakes (makes 12) 3oz caster sugar 4 oz Butter 1 oz nesquick ( your choice of flavour depending on if you want banana flavour or not) 2 medium eggs 1tsp Vanilla extract 4oz self raising flour Cream together the butter, sugar and nesquick Add the eggs and vanilla extract gently fold in the sifted flour pour in to cupcake moulds and bake in a pre heated oven at 190*c for 15-20 minutes allow to cool then decorate (I used chocolate frosting and the little marshmallow banana's you can buy!) _________________      Posted: Mon Jun 25, 2012 7:47 am

 coz dh cant have dairy or gluten and dd cant have egg)
Ive never thought of making cupcakes with flavoured choc powder. Im gonna have a hunt now for the turkish delight hot choc powder, that will be yummer! _________________
