if delayed in giving the 9 months vaccines any problem will happen to the baby

nine months? where are you living? Here it is vaccines at 8,12,16weeks and then next lot at one year old. I dont think it causes probs if delayed but if worried check with your gp before making your decision on taking the vaccine
