I'm a bit confused as to the guidelines online but how long can you store expressed milk in the fridge for? Also if I froze some, how do I defrost it? Can I just leave it in the fridge and use it when it's thawed or do I have to heat it?
Thanks muchly _________________

You can actually store it in a freezer for 6 months
And like jenneve said - defrost for 24 hours in a fridge. They don't recommend deforsting quicker, but warming it slightly in warm water should be ok... just don't ever microwave it as it causes hot-spots where some milk boils and goes bad.
