Post subject: lower back ache
Hi Guys,

Im 14 weeks pregnant and was beginning to hope that my nausea was a thing of the past however this morning i woke up with the worst stomach cramps and diorrhea and after bending over to brush the stairs my lower middle back is now playing me up......not having a good pregnancy day and I have to workl until 10pm tonight Sad

I had pain in my back for pretty much my entire pregnancy you have to try not to do too much later on in your pregnancy you can get a prenatal massage but for now try a heating pad or a warm shower when the warm water touch your back you'll feel better but the feeling is temporary.
