Please help I'm 8 weeks pregnant and I'm getting horrible pains in my tummy like trapped wind but wen I do try to pass wind it actually hurts my bum and I can barely sit down as shooting pains start in my bum too pains last for about 20 mins I'm going to my doc tomo Because this scares me has any one had simlar Sad Confused
