Baby's ear?

Post subject: Baby's ear?
Dear all,

Recently i have noticed that my 5 month old's right ear is starting to stick out..not sure if he sleeping that caused it to bend inward, but whe you carry him you can notice th flap and it sticking out.

Can this be rectified? Is this normal? Should I be concerned?
