Hi, I am 29 weeks pregnant and got through but I have swollen badly and can't even close my legs. I have got the persearry n cream but the cream is not helping what so ever :(advice n tips please x

i have bought the canesten pessery and duo treatment used the perserrary last night ...
there has been a little improvement but nothing major as im still badly swollen :/
what should i do?? as i cant get in my doctors for days
