Instead of swallen feet I have a swollen vagina has anyone any tips to relief the blood vessels??

I got this. Found a simple bath at body temp helped. Other than that there's not much you can do. I found it got worse if I had sex or sorted myself out _________________

Iv had a swollen vagina when iv had really bad thrush, and the only thing that helped was an ice compress. _________________
