Cold sores

Post subject: Cold sores I woke up this morning with a horrid cold sore on my nose and thou out the day it's spread to my lip and nowy side of the face hurts and just feel unwell, normally they don't affect me but this ones really painful
Can you get unwell with coldsores? Or is it something else do you think? _________________

Post subject: I don't normally but my last one I got run down with it. best stuff to get rid of them quick is fucibet cream from your doctors its fusidic acid/betamethasone. its amazing I get them without warning and they're massive when I get them so went to my doctors last year with a bad one and he gave me that stuff and it cut the healing time down by 2 weeks was well impressed.I get so down when I get them cause I get them on my chin and I can't hide them so I feel like everyone is staring at it when they talk to me.
