My heartburn has kicked up a notch and I can barely breath with it without thinking I'll be sick.. Peptac hasn't touched it and milk only helps while I'm actually drinking it!! Anything else I can try?? Smile x

I used to get heartburn really bad as a teenager so dont wish it on anyone! I never found anything that worked to be honest. I have heard before fighting fire with fire works, so drink something like orange juice. I heard my grandma say it once to my aunt and it aparently worked for her. I think its because orange juice once digested turns alkaline xx

None worked for me either, a friend recommended powdery sweets and they worked! Like love hearts or the little round ones you get in a pack of lollies x
