Well I'm 5ft 8 and weigh 12.4
I want to loose at least 1 stone , looking to get into shape before ivf in may .

Well it's not as bad as I thought. When I got weighed at fat club tonight I was 11st 8lb. So 1lb lighter than I thought Laughing Laughing
Just a stone for me to lose. I have started off my having 3 glasses of wine and 6 chocolates. Laughing Laughing

Just thought Id add Im using My Fitness Pal to help me track what I eat I find it really useful and it makes you think about things a bit more.

I will join in this one ladies Very Happy . I am currently 140lbs, would like to lost 7lbs. I have joined the "dryathlon" challenge which cancer research are doing for January, so I am hoping no alcohol will help (and I'm going to find it difficult, particularly on a Saturday evening Smile
