not got morning sickness as such im poorly as it is im being tested for a pituitary tumour got emergency referel tomorrow following blood results, i'm just not hungry its all i can force myself to eat xx

If that's all you can manage then just have that. Anything is better than nothing and as long as you are keeping hydrated too. Try not to worry too much as most of the time these tumours are benign.
