Post subject: Help To Calculate Entitlement I have just notified my employer of my pregnancy (due date mid July 2013) and my intention to take holiday entitlement immediately prior to start of ML. I am currently employed on a yearly contract which will expire on 31 July 2013. Also I have advised my employer that I have no intention to return to work after ML. I have now received conflicting advice (i) that I am entitled to receive 52 weeks ML payment from my employer even though my contratct expires and (ii) that I am only entitled to payment up to the expiry date of my contract as it has not been (and was not guaranteed to be) renewed. Can anyone please help as I feel I face the prospect of only a few weeks ML pay. Thank you all in anticipation. T
