Post subject: Urgh.... need some words of encouragement please ladies
All Ive eaten the past 3 or 4 days is rubbish and If I dont get back on track Im not going to loose, or might even put on! Someone please give me a kick up the bum and tell me to get on with it I really dont want to loose motivation so afew words from you ladies might just do the trick and help me abit ..... Post subject: Tessy, you can do it girl! I know its so easy to snack on [*@!#%*] but put all the bad stuff in a box and hide it away somewhere. When you've gone a couple of days without anything bad treat yourself to something from the box. Its so easy to snack on bad stuff when you see it so out of sight out of mind, at least that's what I find helps with me.
Fruits and veggies will give you the energy you need so keep them in sight _________________

Been doing Slimming World since June 2012 and so far lost 1st 11.5lb but still got loads to go. I came on today though so been in agony, craving chocolate and feel really bloated, Just hope it goes by the time my weigh-in arrives on Tuesday.
