i got to go for smear at end on this month jan
but i found out im 4 weekd pregnant can u still have a smear or not

I was booked in for a smear and then found i was pregnant with my second and dr said its not a good idea so cancelled it until after baby is born xx _________________

I had a smear while pregnant done at the hospital, but in early pregnancy it can trigger slight bleeding if your cervix is irritable, I'd probably ring and ask if its ok to put it off xx

my nurse wouldnt even do full swabs to check for thrush.. ive never had a smear though.. im assuming my gps would just refuse to do it x _________________

I was always on the understanding that you can't have one done whilst preg and thought you have to wait a certain amount of time after too, I may be wrong though xx _________________
