Anyone else doing IVF/FET/IUI??

Post subject: hey girls... reminds me of my 'error' at my clinic.... apparently just before you undertake your ivf the nurses do I summary of all your results (or doctor I cant remember).... I had my last tests in july and in DECEMBER got told I tested positive for chlamydia!!!!!! (we had only been married 3 weeks)...we had both been tested for it back in 2009 and we were clear.... anyway after about 30mins of crying thinking my new husband had thought I cheated... we carried on with the consent forms (to sign for the cycle) and she sent us off with a prescription each for an abx!and I did another swab to test for it!! and set up an apt at gum clinic next day..... the next day I find out the antibiotics they precibed us were not to be used for pregnant women or people trying to get pregnant!!!!! (this is an fertility clinic and apparently said they dealt with this all the time... we both were at home shocked this even happened???? (got carried away with google)...
To cut a long story short I went to the gum clinic they chased my last result and it was negative!!!! as was my husband.... apparently I had a false positive!!! so I had 5 months of no results before this was even brought to my attention!! nevermind having to justify to my husband of 3 weeks I hadn't cheated!! that was stressfull 
All they said was they would fill in an incident form..... Needless to say the gum clinic staff were horrified and apparently wrote a very interesting letter back to the ivf clinic..... oh and the silly cow at the gum clinic's attitude towards me soon changed when she realised what I was saying was true! I hadn't slept with anyone different and didn't know how I got that result!!! grrrr!! Post subject: You should have a period as normal when youre donwn regulating, it might be a little late but should follow youre normal cycle. I was due on yesterday or today and she still hasnt showed up

Post subject: thanks claire its just frustrating that when u want af to turn up on time it dosent and vise versa. will the hospital keep me on the spray until it turns up?.xxx

Post subject: At my clinic you stay on the down reg stuff until your lining is thick enough. I will be taking one drug to supress things and then the progynova to thicken things up lol. The day I stop the suprecur is the day I start the cyclogest

I've done both a day 1 & 21 start & I did get bleeding on both. But it will all be dependant on your own cycle etc. if in doubt ask your clinic.... Hope that helps Hi to all, sorry to hear some of the horror stories @ some clinics. This process is painful enough without dealing with incompetence! Post subject: Thanks ladies my af is on her way thankgod. I started on cd22 because I have cycles ranging from 33/37 days.

 Finally we can get a good idea of dates now, scan is next friday and I think transfer will be somewhere around 19th/20th Feb._________________ Ttc since December 2007! Posted: Tue Jan 29, 2013 1:06 pm
Post subject: OOOoo Nutty my EC is 11th Feb so transfers will be around that same time ish! I am not in the slightest bit thinking that this is going to work for me, i dont think its sunk in that this is happening, feel rather relaxed :s is that normal?!
