I was going to ask if any of you Ladies had tried one of the shakes diets or something else no matter how faddy
I was going to join this weight loss group but to be honest the last few times I've tried I've lost motivation too quickly and given up
I know what i should be doing, but even when I do the whole sensible low fat low calorie diet and exercise thing I can go weeks without losing anything
(very annoying as the pounds just drop off my OH

)
So I was looking for something to kick start some weight loss the first week and motivate me

once I see some progress then I think I could just carry on normally , any suggestions
I've been the same weight give or take 5-6lbs now for almost a year after losing a stone after last Christmas but now the rest just won't budge
