Bleeding but no pain?

Post subject: Bleeding but no pain? Hi ladies I got a BFP on Saturday after 4 years TTC and one miscarriage so hoping that I'm not mc again, I had a period and bleeding for the last 3 weeks so didn't realise I was pregnant as I have been told I don't ovulate naturally, I have no pains just very dark red blood that looks like a period, has anyone experienced this before or could help? Iv been to the hospital they weren't very helpful booked me in the early pregnancy unit tomorrow but just need some reassurance! Surely if there's no pain that should be a good sign? Thanks xx

Post subject: Hi thank you both, my hcg level is 89 not sure what that means as when I mc before it was 17 so fingers crossed I'm ok, been for another blood taken today and will get the results at 4 xx
