Hi ladies,
Just wondering if anyone has done the 30 day shred and if so, what are your experiences of it?
I was doing Scottish slimmers for a few months and lost a bit of weight-was feeling really good about myself but now I can't go as hubby works shifts and I dont want to take my kids as it would be such a hassle. This would mean that I couldnt commit to going every week. Have out weight on after all teh effort in losing it and begining to feel a bit rubbish about myself. Have heard various stories about the shred but am unsure as I am not really a huge exercise fan!! But then again, if it really will help me then I might give it a go. Any experiences??
(Oh, also has anyone tried the Paul McKenna book??!)
