hi ladies
I am in pain...... I have got the starts of spd with this pregnancy albeit bearable at the moment, but yesterday I was stood in a friends kitchen chatting, leaning back against a cupboard and something has trapped like a nerve deep in my left bum cheek!!
It is really painful to walk, sit etc I took some paracetamol yesterday but it had no effect what so ever.
Does anyone know if this is another side of the spd or sciatica as I found on google? Has anyone else had it and does it go?
