There is the longer 'official' version which I am trying to get my brain to actually follow but I think this summerises it quite nicely.


As a SENCO I am somewhat critical of how they are trying to sell this to parents and
young people, when they are not offering more funding to the agencies involved, and in fact funding is being further cut for SEND in schools.
