Need some creative suggestions for bedrooms

Post subject: Need some creative suggestions for bedrooms I will (finally) be moving at the end of April
 So I'm starting to look at ways I can be creative in their bedrooms but I'm not that creative so I need some advice:
Naia's theme is mermaids - she has a huge wallpaper mural that will go on one entire wall as a feature, but I'd love to add lots and lots and lots of pearls in there. What can I do? Sebastian is going to have a pirate theme - all sandy yellows and a little blue. He's got heavy brown curtains but that's as far as I've got. I need help in making these rooms look out of this world! Any suggestions? _________________

for the pearls what about some pearl style beaded curtains on a wall or something? and maybe glue some in a nice pattern on the cot? the pirate room, could maybe get a toy box that looks like a treasure box and get a big pirate ship wall sticker? _________________   Posted: Fri Mar 15, 2013 8:37 pm
Post subject: Are you going for actual pearls or mother of pearl style? I think you should be able to get a lot of mother of pearl stuff. If you go to a craft shop you can usually but strings of beads. You could buy pearls and make some curtain tie backs. I would incorporate lots of shells as well.
