Oh Hun so sorry for your loss. How long did you TTC before you fell pg? I know every day seems like forever when you are TTC and that disappointment when you get bfn/AF but you must really try to stay positive as despite the miscarriage you know you can get pregnant! I don't know about the crying every day thing, some months I hit a really low point but only for maybe a week or two and then I feel better about things. My DH has said that he sometimes worries I may be depressed but I'm not the sort of person who would accept medical help for it/antidepressants etc. instead I focus on all the good things I have in my life and do LOADS of exercise as that is a real natural pick me up for me. Also making sure I get a good night sleep and eating heathily as feeling tired as well as down is the worst! Only you know if the crying is normal, but if you are worried you could talk to your GP? What does your Partner say? Maybe you are still grieving for your loss and need help to come to terms with it?

Sending you hugs x
