my baby wont sleep

Post subject: my baby wont sleep i'm 21 i'm a new mum i have a baby girl who was a great baby till now. she wont sleep and when she does its 4 ten mins and she's up again i try eveything from changing nappy to feeding her, shes not constipated shes not hungry not hot or cold and i'm sure i get up all her wind and now shes over tired i try to settle her and she goes to sleep but only for an hour at the most!!!!!! i need help i'm at the end of my rope

Hope you get some good advice, i cant imagine how tired you must be, i feel for you xx _________________
