advise!!!!

Post subject: advise!!!! I took a test last week and it was positive. me and my husband are very happy, but yesterday i notice some spotting dark brown in colour this is my first preganancy. i'm in my end of 4th week and i'm really worried i'll see the midwife on tuesday but before that i want to know if this is normal.

Post subject: hi, hope you are feeling o.k. Just want to say obviously everyone is diiferent and so are their pregnancy but i had spotting (dark brown) at the beginning of my pregnancy a few times and everything is still going well. I am now 31 weeks. I was told that if its brown its old blood so try not to worry yet (easier said than done i know LOL) Take care and I hope everything goes ok tomorow for you both Good luck xx

Post subject: I think spotting is quite common in early pregnancy, its something to do with the fetilised egg attaching itself to the womb wall, which can cause a little bleed. So try not to worry x
