Hi There!

I just was looking for a bit of advice really, I'm now 16.5 weeks pregnant but I am still getting sickness, I was wondering whether theres anything that can help me IE Dry food's and ginger, but these don't seem to work. Does anyone have any techniques?

Fresh air and mints really worked for me - its really icky but it'll pass soon!

Smile Small fequent meals or snacks seam to help a little and the mints.

Its awful when you are sick all the time. With my first I was sick up to 20 weeks but it does get better. Ginger biscuits are really good and boiled sweets. XX

im having the same thing i arnt sure how far gone i am its my 3rd pregnancy but the sickness in this one is awful before it was i jst cudnt stand anything that smelt greasy or fried but not i cant dirnk tea or eat things liek fish fingers

the best suggestion my nurse cud give me was to drink fizzy cola which helped none so i will try the lemon and ginger tea and im off to get arrowroot biscuits they work apprently
