Should i test yet?

Post subject: Should i test yet? Hi there, I am new to this forum but found it and thought i would come on here and ask for some oppinions. Me and my partner 'baby danced' on the 15th day of my cycle ( more then once
 ) and on the 23rd day of my cycle. I was due on my period yesterday but no sign so far, should i do a test now  What do you think my chances are of being pregnant this time round Thanks Posted: Thu Oct 30, 2008 10:20 am

Post subject: Hiya i usually have a 28 day cylcle although sometimes it can be a bit off or late/ early but generally a 28 day cycle. Ive had a really sore back recently and a couple of days ago had some really light pink discharge but only once and it was a little bit. also i have had some stomache twinges not really a pain or an ache. Do these sound like symptoms?

Based on a 28 day cycle you prob would have ovulated anywhere from Day 12 - 16. So hopefully you caught when you Bd'd on Day 15! The pink discharge sounds like it could be implantation bleeding, so very positive sign!. I would take a test hun. The First Response ones are supposed to be the best as they can detect the pregnancy hormone as early as 5 daye before your missed period. Let me know how you get on! I'm new to the forums. We are TTC our first baby and have been charting my cycle to work out most fertile days. I had light spotting last Friday -I thought it was menstruation -but then nothing more. My cycle differs between 26 and 30 days. It is now day 29 and no menstrual signs yet. Should I wait a couple of days or test now?? Posted: Fri Oct 31, 2008 10:45 am

Well, testing is very much an individual thing, if you feel you really want to test, then go for it. I think the most important thing is not to feel pressured. If I was you, I would test with a First Response test tomorrow morning using the first morning urine. (fmu) They are brilliant. I used one on Wednesday, day before af (aunt flo - period) was due and got my BFP (big fat positive!). Did a clearblue digital test yesterday and it was clear as day - pregnant!
