I am 24 weeks pregnant with 2nd baby but 11 years apart. All fine till last 3 days, have what is like a mixture of full bladder feeling, tummy being strecthed and crampy like pains. Also feeling of fullness down below with slight swelling/small lump in one area. Never had this last pregancy. Baby is moving fine but sometimes feels like it's pushing against wall of womb?? Fell really datf!! ANyone else experienced this??
